The below was my first comment, but it was my fault on how to connect the both the buds. We should plug them at a time and try to connect. So far, the product is working great. Value for money sure as per the quality it produces.
“Purchased very recently… After few days, it doesn’t pair both of them at the same time. Only one gets paired. Finally you end up with hearing only. Not useful though. Waste.”
